severe dry eye should i take my pluggs out before using dry eye tetosterone cream

Hi Debra,
There should be no need to take the plugs out but you should ask your eye doctor. Testosterone cream goes on the outside of the eyelids so it should not come in contact with your eye, thus the plugs are not a consideration.

Hi Dan,
When you watch TV or a computer your blinking rate decreases causing your eyes to dry out more readily. You can take breaks, use artificial tears, add a humidifier to the room, and avoid having fans, ceiling fans, or air vents blowing on you when you sit down to watch TV for an extended period of time. It helps a little if you can lower the TV below straight ahead since less of the eye surface is exposed to drying. You should see and eye doc who specializes in dry eyes to make sure there is not a serious underlying cause.
